3. Can I have a custom stone picture made? Yes, gladly! You can order a personalized custom stone picture via the "Custom Order" item. In the "Personalization" field, you can specify, for example, the desired number of people, a text, or a theme. I will create a lovingly crafted unique piece – exactly according to your wishes.

4. What sizes are the stone pictures? Most designs are available in various formats, e.g., 13x18 cm, 20x20 cm, 21x30 cm, or 30x40 cm. You can also choose the frame to match. All available variations can be found with the respective product in the shop.

5. What materials are used for the stone pictures? I work exclusively with genuine natural materials: pebbles, driftwood, shells, sea glass, and dried flowers. Each element is carefully hand-selected and arranged on high-quality paper (200g). Individual details are additionally hand-drawn.

6. How long does production and shipping take? Since each stone picture is custom-made only after your order, production takes 1–3 business days. Subsequent shipping is climate-neutral and well-protected with DHL. You will receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

7. Can I return a stone picture? Yes – non-personalized stone pictures can be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Custom orders are excluded from exchange – if you have any questions, please contact me before placing your order; I will be happy to help you.
